Seriously though, Andrew Deal the underdog of the century, people complain about the staggering number of cars that entered this years Chili Bowl Nationals but I think this guy just proved why so many cars gather. Anyone with the right amount of skill (and this guy has a ton) and just a little bit of luck had a shot. In a 2008 chassis pulled from a barn, without a speck of titanium on it I watched him outrun Sammy Swindell and run him clean, the motor started to lay down, he broke a shock, the track was as tricky as ever and he proved himself to the world. This my friends is what life is all about. Believe dream achieve. He may not have won the race but he won over a lot of fans with his humble character huge smile, and heavy foot. Good job man and I wish you all the best in the future. Hope to see you before next years chili bowl, and I'm sure I'll see you in victory lane many times to come.
